アンティノリファミリーの本質とも言える、キャンティ・クラシコ。 アンティノリのキャンティ・クラシコシリーズにおける最高のワインとして君臨しているのが、この「バディア・ア・パッシニャーノ」。 サンジョヴェーゼ100％の純粋でピュアな魅力を最大限に引き出すことにこだわって造られる、ピエロ・アンティノリ氏渾身のキャンティ・クラシコです。 バディア・ア・パッシニャーノはアンティノリのフラッグシップ、「テヌータ・ティニャネロ」から僅かに南方へ3km程離れた場所あります。ワイナリーの名前は、畑の中にある修道院に由来しており、なんと891年から記録に残っているという、キャンティ・クラシコの界隈の中でも特に美しく、歴史のある建物です。畑は海抜が250m〜300mという高地にあり、1000年以上に渡り高品質なワインが造られる優良区画として伝えられてきました。 そんな、修道院をかこむブドウ畑をアンティノリ家が買い取ったのが、1987年のこと。56haの畑にはほとんどサンジョヴェーゼが植えられていますが、ごく限られた区画ではカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンやシラーも栽培しています。さらにテヌータ・ティニャネロから良質な樹のクローンを持ち込み、植え替えられています。 醸造は、フレンチオークの比率を抑え、純粋でピュアな味わいに仕立てています。また、大樽ではなく、小樽で14ヶ月の熟成、さらに瓶詰めしてから1年間瓶内で熟成させ、ようやく出荷となります。 バディア・ア・パッシニャーノのセラーは、驚くほど古く、11世紀〜12世紀に建てられた修道院の地下のセラーを利用しています。丸天井、分厚い壁面からできており、ワインセラーとして最適な温度・湿度を一年中一定に保ってくれる素晴らしいセラーです。 アンティノリは、代表的なワイナリーとして、キャンティ・クラシコに3つのエステートを所有しており、フラッグシップのワインを生みだすテヌータ・ティニャネロ、キャンティ・クラシコのペポリ、キャンティクラシコ・レゼルヴァのバディア・ア・パッシニャーノです。 アンティノリファミリーの本質とも言えるキャンティ・クラシコ。シリーズ最高峰に君臨するのが、このバディア・ア・パッシニャーノです。 バディア・ア・パッシニャーはティニャネロ、ソライアを造っているテヌータ・ティニャネロから南へ3kmのところにあり、ピエロ氏がサンジョヴェーゼ100％にこだわり、最高峰のキャンティ・クラシコが造られています。使用するブドウはすべてトップクラス、サンジョヴェーゼの純粋でピュアな魅力を最大限に引き出すため、フレンチオークの比率をおさえた渾身のキャンティ・クラシコです。 濃縮感のある贅沢なワイン。というのも、収穫時期を遅らせた為、よりブドウの深い味わいと、複雑なフィネスが感じられます。ブラックベリーの豊かな果実味と甘苦系スパイス、タバコのニュアンス。シルキーなタンニンが長い余韻へと導きます。 飲み頃 2011年?2017年 品種 サンジョヴェーゼ100％ 評価 ワインアドヴォケイト誌（パーカーポイント）にて91点を獲得 黒系果実のプラムやダークチェリーの香りに、煙草や杉、オリーブのニュアンスを感じる事が出来ます。 色・タイプ 赤／フルボディ／辛口 品種 サンジョヴェーゼ100％ 容量 750ml 産地 イタリア　トスカーナ/キャンティ こちらの商品はお取り寄せ商品になります。 発送まで2日〜5日お時間が掛かります。 発送予定日は予告なく変更される場合がございます。
