Yes. Membership registration is free of charge.

When using points for payment during checkout, please follow the steps below:

1. Press the red button labeled "Use Points" at the bottom right of the screen while logged in. Enter the number of points you wish to use for this transaction.
2. Press the "Use" button.
3. Once "Points to Use: ●● pt" is displayed, the preparation for using points is complete.
4. Add the items you want to your cart.
5. Proceed to the payment screen.
6. The screen for entering the shipping address will display the number of points used.

• We apologize for the inconvenience, but please register as a member using a new email address.
• Points are linked to your email address. If you have points associated with your old email address, you can transfer them to your new address.
• If you would like to transfer your points, please reply to this email and let us know.

• You can download an electronic receipt from your side.
• As we are promoting paperless operations, we issue receipts in PDF format.
• We will send you a URL in the shipping completion email, so please download the receipt yourself.
• *You can download the receipt for up to 30 days from the shipment confirmation date or a specified number of times.
• You are free to fill in the recipient and details section of the receipt as you wish.

• Products in stock in our store will be shipped on the same day if possible.
• For back-ordered items, it may take 2 to 4 business days.
