A producer cooperative established in Valence in 1964, our motto is ``to practice sustainable agriculture that respects the environment and ecosystem, and to produce wine that emphasizes quality by limiting yields.'' Leader Sébastien Vaillant's grandfather was one of the founding members, and his father was also a member of the union. Currently managing a 135ha field with his members, Mr. Vaillan combines traditional methods with sustainable farming methods in his own 25ha field to create powerful, aromatic wines.
