It started in 1950 as a cooperative in the village of Die in the central Cotes du Rhône. In 2001, the company name was changed to ``Giance'' and the company began producing sparkling wine in other regions. He purchased the winery "Cave Brouette" in the village of Bourg on the right bank of the Gironde River, and later built a new brewery in the village of Pougeard, releasing high-quality Crémant de Bordeaux under the Giants brand. Giants is currently exported to 22 countries and has grown into a top brand that boasts the No. 1 market share in France for AOC sparkling wines, excluding Champagne.
Clément de Bordeaux was promoted to AOC in 1990. It is made using the same traditional manufacturing method as Champagne, and demand is increasing year by year both in France and overseas. Gians also utilizes the advanced traditional manufacturing techniques cultivated in Dee Village in Bordeaux. The wine is fermented at a low temperature in tanks and then blended, and ``liqueur de tirage'' containing cultured yeast and sugar is added during bottling. The bottle is aged in surreal conditions under ideal conditions with minimal temperature fluctuations, giving it a rounded, complex aroma.
