Honest wine born from stoic work has a pure taste that cleanses the soul of the drinker.

A wine producer based in the village of Terrossa di Ronca in the Soave region that has been making wine for three generations. The owner, Antonio, is super stoic. After studying brewing at the prestigious Conegliano School of Brewing and the University of Dijon, he took over the winery in 1979, exploring traditional methods while also experimenting with new scientific methods. In addition, we have practiced sustainable cultivation since the 1990s, and we have taken the time to maximize the potential of our grapes, such as by minimizing the addition of SO2 during brewing. The wines that we produce sincerely and sincerely are pure and elegant. In recent years, we have purchased a 12ha field in the Valpolicella region and have started producing red wines such as Amarone.

We also own fields of white grapes around the village of Terrossa, located on the slopes of the Alpone Valley at an altitude of 150 to 450 meters, and in the hills of Classico. In recent years, as the climate has changed, we have focused on vineyards at high altitudes in pursuit of fresh, mineral-rich aromas. Most of the soil is black basalt, but some of the soil is yellow or red, giving it a unique fruit flavor and minerality. The field of black grapes is 12 ha in the Col de la Bastia district of the Valpolicella region. It is located on the ridge that separates the Alpone and Illazi valleys. Located at an altitude of 450 meters with good ventilation, the soil is a mixture of limestone and yellow sandstone (rich in sulfur), creating the perfect environment for Corvina.

We are particular about brewing in order to create the wine we aim for. At Garganega, we use 100% fresh grapes for Runcalis, but use some dried grapes for Danieli to add complexity and thickness, depending on the style we want to make. Pinot Grigio is brewed using 50% stainless steel tanks and 50% large barrels, achieving a fresh yet elegant and rich taste. Sauvignon Blanc is made to take advantage of the aroma and terroir of the grapes by filling it with nitrogen to maintain its freshness and fermenting it at an ultra-low temperature of 11 degrees Celsius. This is a producer whose further development is expected in the future.
