Wagner Family of Wine is one of California's oldest family-owned wineries. Its history begins in 1972 when Charlie Wagner, his wife Lorna, and current owner and winemaker Chuck established Caymus Vineyards, the current flagship series. They strive to improve quality by focusing on 100% of their own vineyards, and Caymus Vineyards has established itself as a producer of the world's highest quality Cabernet Sauvignon. 1. Caymus Vineyards — The essence of Napa Cabernet, known as the Caymus style

The world-class Cabernet Sauvignon from the Wagner Family of Wine. 2. Conundrum — Harmony of flavors created by blending

A new project started in 1989, the concept is to create a blended wine using multiple varieties that has a rich flavor that cannot be expressed with a single variety. John Volta, who studied brewing at Caymus Vineyards since 1983, creates a high-quality blend wine that is unique in the world, and the blend ratio is not disclosed. As the name suggests, the wine is surrounded by "mystery (Conundrum)", and its unique concept and food-like style are the deciding factors, and it is supported by many top restaurants in California.

3. Mer Soleil — Two Chardonnays made in the best terroir

This winery was founded by owner Chuck in the Santa Lucia Highlands of Monterey County in search of a new world for Chardonnay. Since 2004, his son Charlie has taken over the business. We produce two contrasting Chardonnays: the fresh ``Silver'', which is made in concrete tanks, and the rich and mellow ``Reserve'', which is fermented in barrels. The terroir of Sierra de Salinas is beautifully expressed, which Charlie says is ``the perfect location to produce high-quality Chardonnay.''

4. Emorow — style similar to Pomerol and Graves

This is a winery run primarily by Oak Knoll AVA, run by Jenny, the eldest daughter of the Wagner family. Oak Knoll is a relatively new AVA, having been certified in 2004, and has recently gained attention as a producer of excellent white wines and premium Merlot. Her maternal grandfather, Frank, an Italian immigrant, was quick to notice the uniqueness of this land and cultivated Sauvignon Blanc and Merlot. Taking advantage of the cool climate, the grapes are cultivated with long hang times, resulting in wines with a delicate structure and rich fruit flavor.

A rich, complex scent with a rich aroma of liqueur de cassis, layered with a bouquet of violets, chocolate, and cigars. The taste is soft, with concentrated fruit flavors such as cassis and blueberry spreading throughout the mouth. Very smooth tannins and a firm sense of volume, with a long-lasting spice flavor on the finish.
