Bottega is located on the outskirts of Conegliano, about 45 kilometers north of Venice, which is famous for producing Grappa, Italy's representative after-dinner drink, as well as Spumante and Prosecco, which have recently received a lot of attention from around the world. What is prosecco?

It is the name of a white grape grown in northern Italy, in the Veneto region centered on the province of Treviso, and in parts of the Friuli Venezia Giulia region, and is also the general term for spumante, frisante, and still wine made using this grape.
