新たな挑戦を続けるローヌの盟主 ギガルの誕生 ギガル社の創業は戦後間もない1946年のこと。その後、わずか半世紀にして北部ローヌ有数の生産者へと大きく成長しました。「ギガルの三つ子の兄弟」と俗に言われる単一畑のコート・ロティ、「ラ・ムーリーヌ」「ラ・ランドンヌ」「ラ・テュルク」やコンドリューの「ラ・ドリアーヌ」はギガルの名声を確固たらしめ、とりわけこのふたつのアペラシオンにおいては他に並ぶもののない、圧倒的な地位を築いています。 飛躍するプロローグ 創業者のエティエンヌ・ギガルが14歳から奉公していたヴィダル・フルーリィ社を、2代目のマルセルが80年代に傘下に収めた後、1995年にはコート・ロティの歴史的なドメーヌである「シャトー・ダンピュイ」を入手しました。2001年にジャン・ルイ・グリッパとドメーヌ・ド・ヴァルーイの両ドメーヌを吸収し、サン・ジョゼフの「ヴィーニュ・ド・ロスピス」や「リュー・ディ・サン・ジョゼフ」、エルミタージュの「エクス・ヴォト」など新しいアイテムを生み出しました。さらに2006年にはドメーヌ・ド・ボンスリーヌに資本参加。こちらは独立したブランドとして醸造、販売されています。 卓越したワインの生産 また長年の夢だったシャトーヌフ・デュ・パプの獲得をついに実現しました。シャトー・ド・ナリスは、16世紀終わりの土地台帳にすでに記載があることから、シャトーヌフ・デュ・パプで最も古くから畑の所有者のひとつとされています。2017年、ギガルファミリーがこの並はずれたテロワールと輝かしい歴史を持つシャトー・ド・ナリスに魅了され、ギガルはナリスを傘下におさめました。 継承されるワイン造り 今日、メゾンにおいてワイン造りの全権を担うのは、3代目のフィリップ。彼に引き継がれる、品質に妥協を許さないギガルの精神を物語る事の一つとして、樽へのこだわりがあります。先の三つ子のコート・ロティは実に40ヶ月もの長期にわたって新樽に寝かされるため、オーク樽の善し悪しはきわめて重要となります。その品質を確実なものとするため、2003年以来、ギガルはシャトー・ダンピュイに樽工房を設え、年間に必要となるおよそ800のオーク樽を自製しています。 短時間果皮を果汁に漬け込んだ後で引き抜き、ステンレスタンクで温度調節をしながら発酵、熟成。 透明感のある美しいサーモンピンク。フレッシュで生き生きとした、ラズベリーや赤スグリなど赤い果実のアロマ。フルーティでまろやかな味わい。 色 タイプ ロゼ／辛口 品種 グルナッシュ70%、サンソー20%、シラー10% 容量 375ml 産地 フランス ローヌ／コート・デュ・ローヌ !こちらの商品はお取り寄せ商品となります 平日10時までのご注文分は翌営業日、それ以降および土日祝日のご注文分は翌々営業日の出荷となります。ご注文の際はあらかじめご了承くださいませ。
