由緒あるファミリーによる新たなプロジェクト ヴィーニャ・コイレは1885年から6世代つづいてワイン醸造に携わってきたウンドラーガ・ファミリーによって、2006年に設立されたチリのプレミアム・ワイナリーです。畑はアンデス山脈の麓、コルチャグア・ヴァレーで最も標高の高いアルト・コルチャグア地区ロス・リンゲスにあり、80haの地に赤品種のブドウが植えられています。「コイレ」はブドウ畑周辺に広がる森に生息する古来の植物。その紫色の花にちなんで、コイレと名付けられました。ソーヴィニョン・ブランは、コルチャグアでも海に近いパレドネスの長期契約農家のブドウから造られます。 恵まれた気候条件と土壌 地中海性気候であるコルチャグア・ヴァレーは、アンデス山脈から涼風が吹き降ろし、地域一帯は1年を通して乾燥した気候です。粘土質に花崗岩の砂利質が混ざった水はけのよい畑で、ブドウ栽培には最高の条件が整っています。土地のテロワールの表現にこだわるコイレでは、畑は1haあたり12,500本と密植し、樹1本当たりの収量を1.5kg以下に抑え、果実味豊かでありながらミネラル感のあるブドウの育成に取り組んでいます。畑と周りの環境の調和を尊重し、2008年からバイオダイナミック農法を取り入れ、2012年にはデメター認証 (Demeter) を取得しました。 質の追求に徹するワイン造り ワインメーカー、クリストバル・ウンドラガはこれまでカリフォルニア、オーストラリア、ボルドーで醸造の経験を重ね、2006年にヴィーニャ・コイレのチーフ・ワインメーカーに就任しました。クリストバルはロス・リンゲスの畑の土壌を綿密に調査し、品種ごとの植え付けを行うと同時に収量を低く抑え、その土地特有の風味、テロワールの表現を目指しています。 ヴィーニャ・コイレのワインは、スタンダードクラスの“レゼルバ”と、特定の地区のブドウから造られるプレミアムレンジの“ロヤール”があります。 ネクタリン、ライチ、熟したアプリコットにマスタード・シードが混じる刺激的なフレッシュな香り立ち。かすかな塩味がピュアな飲み心地を引き立て、快活かつ上品な質感がある。ドン・カンデ（カンデラリオ氏）が所有する無灌漑栽培の畑の樹齢50年以上のブドウを自生酵母で発酵させ、発酵終了後すぐに瓶詰め。年間生産量572ダース。 色・タイプ 白／辛口 品種 マスカット100% 容量 750ml 産地 チリ こちらの商品はお取り寄せ商品になります。 発送まで2日–5日お時間が掛かります。 発送予定日は予告なく変更される場合がございます。 お取り寄せ商品 発送スケジュール（平日の場合） 月 AM10：00までにご注文いただくと火曜日に発送可能。 火 AM10：00までにご注文いただくと水曜日に発送可能。 水 AM10：00までにご注文いただくと木曜日に発送可能。 木...
