What is Lambrusco?
Lambrusco is a wine made in northern Italy, primarily in the Emilia-Romagna region. Because it has a low alcohol content, it is often found on breakfast and lunch tables in Italy. This wine is made using the same ``Charmat method'' as Italy's representative sparkling wine, Prosecco, and you can enjoy its gentle bubbles. It is well known for its fruity, slightly sweet red (Rosso) and sparkling wine, but in addition to red, white (Bianco) and rosé (Rosato) are also produced. This wine has a wide variety of flavors, ranging from sweet to dry.Lambrusco region [Modena Parma Reggiano Mantovano]

Elegant Lambrusco di Sorbara
Lambrusco di Sorbara is a wine with little bitterness and a light floral aroma. Recommended for those who like elegant wines like Pinot Noir. It has low tannins and is fruity, so it goes well with spicy dishes such as Thai and Indian cuisine. For example, this is a dry red Lambrusco made mainly from Sorvara.
Cavicchioli/ Lambrusco Rosso Sorvara Secco ¥930 (tax included)
An elegant, dry, slightly sparkling wine with fruit flavors and fresh acidity.
Lambrusco Grasparossa with a solid weight
Lambrusco Grasparossa is recommended for those who like heavier wines. Enjoy the perfect balance of moderately high tannins, flavors of black fruits such as blueberries, and creamy foam. We recommend pairing it with meat dishes such as lasagna or bolognese. This is a sweet red Lambrusco made with 100% Grasparossa.

Lambrusco is not just sweet [Secco, Amabile, etc.]
Lambrusco may have a strong image of being a ``sweet wine,'' but in reality, it comes in a wide range of flavors, from dry to sweet. Sweetness and spiciness are written in Italian on the label, such as "secco" or "amabile."How to read the label | |
