Konosul wine and “Pinot Noir”

Pinot Noir is a grape variety representative of France's famous Burgundy region. Rich fruit flavors with smooth tannins. It is also called the ``Queen of Wine'' due to its elegant taste. Conosle of "Chile". From the beginning, we did not succeed in cultivating or brewing Pinot Noir, the Burgundy region's representative variety. Pinot Noir is extremely difficult to grow and brew. ``The color is poor, brewing is difficult, and it's incomprehensible,'' which annoyed Konosul's producers. However, no matter how difficult it was, Konosul did not give up on the challenge of making Pinot Noir wine. In 1999, he started the "Pinot Noir Project". With the advice of Burgundian Pinot Noir master Martin Proulx of Domaine Jacques Proulx, Conosle has successfully produced a premium Pinot Noir. is.

Konosuru Wine "Pinot Noir Dedicated Cellar"

In addition to the "regular cellar", Konosuru has a "pino noir exclusive cellar". Based on Mr. Martin's advice, we renovated part of the winery and created an annex named the Martin Cellar, a dedicated cellar for producing premium Pinot Noir. I did. This "Martin Cellar" brings great results. Therefore, in 2009, a ``Pinot Noir Dedicated Cellar'' was created to produce higher quality Pinot Noir. In this cellar exclusively for Pinot Noir, traditional winemaking from Burgundy is fused with Conosle's cutting-edge technology. Conosle's premium Pinot Noir is produced here.

El Triangulo, the perfect field for Pinot Noir

Conosul began the Pinot Noir Project by traveling all over Chile to find the perfect environment for Pinot Noir. Among them, "El Triangulo" is a wonderful vineyard discovered for Pinot Noir. ``El Triangulo'' is located in the cool Casablanca Valley. Morning mist is common, which promotes slow ripening of the grapes. The grapes are slowly grown in the fields and carefully hand-picked and hand-sorted. Only the best, carefully grown and selected grapes go into Conosle's premium Pinot Noir.

Pinot Noir to drink chilled! ? "Bicicleta Cool Red"

Conosul/Variety Series/ Pinot Noir Bisicleta Cool Red 750ml ¥710 (tax included) [blogcard url=https://www.winenation.jp/view/item/000000003143] "Bisicleta Cool Red" was created to be "delicious when chilled." Red wine is something you may want to avoid in the hot summer, but with Cool Red, you can chill it and drink it refreshingly. Fresh fruits such as cherries, blackberries, and plums with a little tannin. Red wines with a lot of tannins tend to taste bitter when chilled, so Cool Red wines are made with less tannins. Even when chilled, you can enjoy the fresh fruit and umami flavors without feeling any bitterness. We also recommend adding ice to make cocktails, or putting it in a cooler box and taking it to outdoor activities such as cherry blossom viewing. It's the perfect wine for the upcoming season.
