Chile's premium winery "La Postol"
La Postol is a winery located in the Colchagua Valley, one of Chile's most famous red wine producing regions. Lapostolle was founded in Chile in 1994 by Alexandra Marnier Lapostolle, the great-granddaughter of the founder of the world-famous spirits and wine producer Grand Marnier, and her husband Cyril de Brunet. At Lapostole, we practice sustainable farming methods and produce wine with consideration for nature. Our own fields are certified for organic farming, and some of our fields are also certified for biodynamic farming. We have also acquired ISO 14001, the international certification standard for environmental management systems, and are focusing on reducing our impact on the environment and producing wine sustainably. As part of this activity, Lapostol owns approximately 700 hectares of land in addition to the vineyards, and maintains the ecosystem where the plants and animals around the fields live. We also make generous efforts to help the natural environment, such as reusing grape pomace as fertilizer and recycling bottles.
