Grande Viños y Viñedos was founded in 1997 by the union of five viticulture cooperatives in D.O. Cariñena. By sharing production management, research and development, and marketing, which were previously carried out independently by each cooperative, we have realized production that takes advantage of economies of scale.As the largest winery in Aragon, we are producing high-quality wine and D.O. I'm leading Cariñena. The current enologist is Chilean Marcelo Morales. The wines produced by the Spanish tradition and the New World wine methods he learned have won awards at various competitions around the world. In 2002, a new brewery incorporating the latest technology was completed, and the winery has greatly contributed to improving the quality of Spanish wine.

60,000m²The site is equipped with stainless steel tanks with a capacity of 10,000 to 200,000 liters, a bottling line of 12,000 bottles per hour, and an aging warehouse that can accommodate 20,000 barrels. Since our founding, we have consistently focused on quality control, innovation, and environmental protection as strategies, and operate a comprehensive management system from grape cultivation to wine sales.

One of the most famous brands they produce is Monasterio de las Viñas. The Cistercian Monastery of San José, which is depicted in Etiquette, is a famous monastery that continued to make wine even during the medieval period when wine was not allowed, and the remains of the building still remain as important ruins today. .

Corona de Aragon is D.O. Cariñena's leading brand. It was named after one of the largest kingdoms on the Mediterranean coast in the late Middle Ages. Etiquette depicts Jaime I, who greatly contributed to the prosperity of the kingdom, and ruled from eastern Spain to southern Greece, including areas that produced traditional fine grapes. Grapes are selected from the fields and brewed. We are also particular about the bottles we use, and have even acquired a patent for the bottle design as a new style.
