の生産者に選出された実力派ドメーヌです\u003c\/em\u003e。フレッシュな果実感、きれいな酸と上品な樽香が魅力的の洗練された味わいのワインを造っています。少量生産している秀逸なブズロンもドメーヌの人気のアイテムです。\u003cbr\u003e\n石灰岩を母岩にもつ泥灰質土壌の畑からは最良のシャルドネ種が出来、ボーヌ産に似た、しかも酸のきれいな白ワインが生まれます。アリゴテ種からも、地域でトップクラスの品質のワインを産出しています。ブドウの栽培はリュットレゾネ式。生き生きとした果実味が身上のワイン造りをしています。\u003c\/p\u003e\n  \u003cp style=\"margin:0 6px 16px 1px\"\u003eワインは伝統的な醸造方法を用いて行われます。赤ワインは除梗せず、果皮と果汁をよく接触させるために朝夕 2 回ルモンタージュを行います。発酵期間は 15〜22 日、熟成には新樽を 30% 使用しています。白ワインは収穫後すぐに圧搾し、低温発酵することで、酸ののった、上品な味わいのワインに仕上がります。白ワインも木樽で熟成し、新樽は 10% 程度使用します。ミネラル豊かな洗練された優雅な味わいのポール・ジャクソンのワインは、国内外のレストランに高く評価され、人気を博しています。\u003cbr style=\"clear:both\"\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n
